THE BUILD
One Blueprint. Every Monday
Issue # 07 05/04/2026
Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”
— Matthew 9: 37-38
What’s good, bro?
We’re back! Hope you’re ready for another great week!
Let’s get it.
The storm isn't breaking you. It's building you.
Nobody gets sharp in still water.
The storms, the pressure, the resistance — that's not a sign God forgot about you. That's the training. That's how He builds a man who can be trusted with what's coming next.
I'm in a pruning season right now. And I want to be real with you about what that looks like — it's removing habits that have been stealing my time. Cutting off distractions that feel comfortable but have no fruit. Letting go of idols I didn't even realize I was holding onto. Anything that isn't from God, anything that's been taking up space that belongs to Him — it's gotta go.
Pruning isn't punishment. It's preparation. The gardener doesn't cut the branch because it's dead — he cuts it because he wants it to produce more. God is making room for the new by removing what's been in the way.
I'm getting ready. Removing weight. Building my strength. And if you're in that same season, don't fight the process. Trust the Gardener. 🏗️

Keep the Signal Clear
I’m big on tools that reduce noise.
I use the WIN Notebook to get what’s in my head onto paper — goals, lessons, patterns. Writing slows you down just enough to tell the truth to yourself
See you next Monday.

When Did Your Business Start Running You?
What started as ownership turned into obligation.
Now you’re in every meeting, decision, and channel… not because you want to be, but because things stall without you.
It’s not a capacity issue. It’s a structure issue.
The Freedom Framework shows you how to rebuild work flows, so you can step back without things breaking down.
BELAY U.S.-based Assistants help make that real by bringing ownership to execution, so your business doesn’t rely on you to function.
